About us

We are a small company for trading with properties (real-estate) in Bulgaria, mainly in the Balkan region, targeting foreign customers.

We were selected by the UK Channel 4 TV program 'A Place in the Sun' to present one of our property offers in the foothills of the Balkan (longest mountain in Bulgaria). The film was on screen on Dec. 1st, 2003. After the show general interest in Bulgaria, and specifically in buying property in Bulgaria, rapidly increased.
